Clerical Accountant Needed

26.2 Running Company is in need of finding a new Accountant.   Here are the specifics:

20 hours per week

Must be able to work 3-5 days per week during normal business hours (Ideally from 10 to 3)  Flexible on days.  This is ideal if you are a mom looking for work while your kids are at school.

Pay $14 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Skills Needed

2 years experience using Quickbooks

Financial Analysis and Reporting

Bachelors or higher preferred in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities

Daily Sales Input

Accounts Receivable and Payable

Employee Payroll

Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Reports

Quarterly Sales Tax Filing

Quarterly Employment Filings

Work with Vendors

Bank Reconciliations
