Good Form Running Clinics teach proper techniques for all age groups and all skill levels. Class sizes are limited to twenty people giving the instructor time to work individually with each person. These are clinics not seminars! This means that you will be actively participating and learning through running, technique calibration, in depth video analysis, questions and answers periods. Please wear clothes you can move in!
Many people wonder what proper form is and whether it is the same for everyone. These clinics will help you achieve efficiency and better performance. Everyone is different and although there are some general rules of good form running it is important that you are assessed individually.
This class is great for overcoming injuries, reducing stress and strain on joints and muscles, learning how to have more power, quickness, and agility, and Reducing muscle fatigue, cramping, and knotting.
